Our Webshop

This webshop is exclusively available to registered resellers with a customer login and is not accessible to private individuals. The terms below apply solely to transactions between businesses.

If you are a private customer interested in our products, we will gladly help you find one of our resellers.

Customers

New customer? Please contact us and we will provide a registration form. Upon approval, you will receive access to a customer login.

We reserve the right to perform a credit check in connection with registration.


 

Shipping and Pricing

  • All prices are subject to change.
  • Prices are stated per product and exclude VAT.
  • Temporary discounts and offers may occur – stated validity dates apply.
  • Free shipping applies to orders over SEK 6,500 (excluding VAT).
    • For smaller orders, shipping costs will be added.
  • Minimum order value is SEK 1,000.
  • Bulky orders exceeding SEK 6,500 (excluding VAT) may be subject to a reduced shipping fee.
  • We use DHL as standard for deliveries within Sweden, and DHL or UPS for international deliveries.
  • Delivery can also be arranged via a carrier chosen by the customer using the customer’s own shipping account.

 

Delivery

Delivery Terms

  • All deliveries are made FCA Kalikå by Willow AB’s warehouse in Eskilstuna, Sweden (Incoterms® 2020), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • This means that the customer assumes responsibility for the goods once they have been handed over to the carrier appointed by the customer at our warehouse.
  • The customer is responsible for transport, insurance, export/import handling, and all costs and risks from that point onwards.
  • If we arrange transport on behalf of the customer, this is done as a service and does not affect the allocation of responsibility.
  • If other delivery terms are agreed in writing, such terms shall take precedence over the above.
  • Stated delivery times are approximate and may change.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is staffed. Any additional costs due to failed delivery will be charged to the customer.
  • Address changes must be sent via e-mail to info@kalikabywillow.com. Any costs resulting from failure to update the address will be charged to the customer.
  • If the customer requests advance notification prior to delivery, additional charges may apply according to the carrier’s applicable price list.

 

Payment

  • Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date.
  • The first order for new customers is subject to prepayment.
  • We reserve the right to change payment terms following a credit assessment.
  • Late payment interest is charged in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act (reference rate + 8 percentage points).
  • Unpaid invoices after reminder will be forwarded to debt collection.
  • Any objections to an invoice must be submitted within a reasonable time, but no later than 10 days from the invoice date.
  • Ownership of the goods remains with Kalikå by Willow AB until full payment has been received.

 

Environment

  • We use recycled packaging materials to reduce our environmental impact.
  • Invoices are sent digitally in PDF format.
  • Our environmental policy is available upon request.

 

Claims

  • In case of transport damage, a claim must be made as soon as possible, but no later than 3 working days after receipt.
    • Ask the driver to note the damage.
    • Document the damage with photos and article numbers, preferably including the outer packaging before unpacking.
    • Send the information to info@kalikabywillow.com.
  • For other claims, please contact us as soon as the issue is discovered.
  • Damage caused by external factors (e.g. display items in store) is not covered.
  • We primarily offer repair or spare parts.
  • We only handle claims from our resellers, not from end customers.

 

Privacy

  • We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR).
  • We send newsletters. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in the emails.

 

Miscellaneous

  • All orders are binding. Special orders made by agreement are binding.
  • Cancellations or changes must be communicated immediately. We cannot guarantee that they can be accepted.
  • If anything is missing from your order or if an error has occurred, please contact us within 3 days.
  • We reserve the right for any typographical errors.
  • We are not liable for indirect damages such as loss of profit or loss of sales.
  • Products may be out of stock. Pre-orders are possible where availability dates are stated in the webshop.
  • Backorders resulting from incorrect stock levels will be delivered free of shipping charge.
  • We will contact you prior to dispatch of backorders.
  • We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) and are in such cases released from the obligation to fulfill our commitments for the duration of such circumstances.
  • All our toys are CE marked and comply with EU safety requirements.
  • Our jewelry and accessories comply with EU limits for lead, cadmium, and nickel, as well as relevant requirements under REACH and, where applicable, EN71.
  • In the event of any conflict between these terms and other agreements, these terms shall apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Swedish law shall apply. Any disputes shall be settled in a Swedish general court, with Eskilstuna District Court as the court of first instance.
